In 1970, John Crystal was employed as pool service technician.  A year later he bought a division of the company.  Within two years, the business had been built up to more than 100 customers who were receiving pool service, maintenance, repairs, and alterations.

During the mid-70's, the rising costs of housing and the spiraling interest rates made it necessary to develop new ideas.  The industry demanded pool remodeling; our proficiency in this area made our services in great demand.

"Total Concept" is one of our industry innovations.  The project team consisting of landscapers, a pool designer, and the brick mason all work together to design a complete environment. 

When the strong surge in single family housing began, resulting in the construction of large housing tracts, we worked on many of these projects on the West side of Los Angeles, and the San Fernando Valley, as well as numerous other locations.  Many pool remodeling projects and spa additions added to our growth. 

John Crystal and his staff arrive at the office early in the day to allow time for customers and contractors to discuss any changes needed in the jobs.  We consider this level of communication an absolute necessity.  Our trucks and the office are in constant communication via radio and cellular phone.

Our 21 years of experience enable our clients to enjoy some of the finest craftsmen and subcontractors in the industry.  Planning, design, plumbing, tiling, concrete and equipment installation are all performed by our in-house staff.
